Protecting the privacy and the confidentiality of our customers’ personal information is fundamental to the way we conduct business.

You can relax knowing that AXA Assistance Australia continually strives to Industry best practice procedures, and has robust systems in place for handling and protecting any private information.

Whenever we need to disclose personal information to third parties in order to provide services and assist our customers, we request prior approval by way of signed consent.


Security

We have developed since 1999 several disaster recovery plans, including local and international backup for our operations as well as decentralised IT platforms.

Since 2005, all our DRP are taking in account the risk of Avian Influenza Pandemic, with a reinforced co-operation on the topic between AXA Assistance different platforms in Asia.

We record 100% of our phone conversation and case management actions.

We audit an average of 5 calls and cases per week and per agent for quality assessment.
